We are a minority-owned company who specializes in professional engineering services for the utility industry. We strive to be a complete, turnkey operation to meet all of our customers' needs and more. Since technology is constantly changing in our industry, we make it a goal to adapt our process to the latest updates to create the highest quality product with the most streamlined process. To us, people are key, as we put a strong emphasis on teamwork & collaboration to make the process much easier and fruitful from start to finish.

My name is Martin Moreno, and I'm the Founder & President of Bleux Skye Electric, Inc. I'm a 3rd generation Mexican-American who was born & raised in Lincoln Heights, a small town in Los Angeles, California. I saw, from an early age, the value of a strong work ethic, as my parents, a mail carrier and a city clerk, both poured all they had into raising me and my siblings and giving us every advantage that they didn't have. I raise my own family now with the same work ethic, and I try to pass those same values to my own children.

Also while growing up in my neighborhood, I saw a community of people who were struggling. I saw people going to work everyday and barely scraping by. I have made it my purpose, and the purpose of Bleux Skye Electric, to give back to the community and give to others the things they need to be able to reach the next step. My community and my family is my purpose. In order to never lose sight of that, I used my kids' middle names as the name of company. A reminder everyday.

Bleux Skye Electric was founded in 2015 under the guiding principle that people drive business. We achieve this in three ways. With our employees, we encourage a healthy work-balance, in order to maintain strong bonds with friends and family, as well as mental well-being. Employees are giving every opportunity to advance their careers and advance their lives

With customers, we treat them like family. We pride ourselves on strong and honest communication. We strive to build strong working relationships that can aid in collaborating on problem solving and a more seamless project.

Finally, within the community, our goal is to give back to the people and places that shaped us. We made it to where we are today because of all the people that came before us, and as a tribute to them, we must help lift those who are struggling now as well as carving a path for those who will come after us.
